  I really loved the location of the hostel! It's super central, easy to walk to anywhere in the city, and there are always people out and about, so it feels quite safe. The staff was really helpful, including carrying my heavy bags up and down the stairs and helping me to arrange for a taxi to the airport at the end of my stay. Close to metro station, but you don't necessarily need to use it as everything in the Madrid centre is within a 20min walk. Super friendly staff. Little taverna a few doors down serving excellent tapas, great beers and wine. Lidl supermarket a 2min walk away.

  we had a room at the 3rd floor, with a big window and a small balcony looking at calle atocha, it was really nice. the location in excellent. short walking distance to all places of interest. the stuff was helpful and all spoke English in a good level, which is not obvious in Spain. many channels in the TV. there's a room with a washing machine a... o que as pessoas dizem » nd a dryer, and a common kitchen. excellent option for budget travelers in the middle of town,cost us 60 euros per night. - We loved staying in this hostal. The staff is very friendly and helful and rooms look like normal hotel rooms. The accomadations were really great in terms of price/quality. Everything was clean and we had this room facing the street with a little balcony, just great. The location is the best you can have, being 5 minutes way from Plaza Mayor or Puerta del Sol, Mercado de San Miguel, Gran Via, etc. Definetly the place to stay whenever we go to madrid.

  My flight is in the evening and we have 7 luggage. But the check out time is 12.00. So I ask if it is possible to stay a little bit longer or store our luggage there.
