  The room and the bathroom were very clean. All days the towels were changed. It's perfect for people who wants to visit the city and needs only of a place for sleep. The lady of the reception gave to me the keys of the room and of the main entrance so I could enter in the hostel when I want without ring the bell of the hostel. - The hotel was cle... o que as pessoas dizem » an and the lady running it very nice. Although she dies not speak English, we managed to communicate ok. The room was services everyday, and we were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out on our last day. Would certainly stay there again as was good value for money.

  The guy at the reception spoke fluent english that made checking in really easy. He even provided a map of the city and marked all the important and good things to see. We arrived there earlier than the usual check-in time but as requested our apartment was ready and he allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is extremely centrally located. It is very accessible and was very clean and was equipped wi - I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.

  The location was very central 5 minute walk from Gran Via. Rooms were on the 2nd floor of this beautiful old building. Very safe location, well lit area! The hostel tht you have to collect the key is 2 minutes walk. Beds big and comfortable, bathroom very clean and shower was string and warm! And the free WIFI was brilliant.   We stayed for 2 nights on our arrival to Madrid (into Atocha Station, which is about a 10 minute walk straight down Calle Atocha); the young, ultra-helpful staff was a pleasure to deal with - they are sharp people and we found no shortage of good English among them. Location was outstanding, there are small street shortcuts to every major downtown... o que as pessoas dizem » spot (Puerto Sol, Plaza Mayor, the museums, Retiro Park, the double decker bus stops, great restaurants very close in Plaza Santa Ana). We had a simp - I rarely give top marks on the grounds there should always be room for some improvement but I'm struggling to find any fault with the Catalonia Atocha. Within half an hour of booking I received a "welcome" email from the hotel with detailed and useful information on how to find the hotel whatever the mode of transport, I’ve never had this before from an hotel, it boded well and I was not disappointed. Without exception the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and equally happy to speak

  The staff is very nice, smiling and available to solve any situation to make you feel comfortable, The rooms as well as the kitchen and the other common spaces are clean and you can feel chez toi. The location is perfect, centric and very close to Porta del Sol (subway and train) so I could walk easily with my 30kg of backpack!
