  The location was excellent and the hostal was really easy to find. We arrived before the check-in time and were given access to our rooms which was great. Our room was clean and we had a view which looked out on to Gran Vie. Staff were friendly and helpful.   I liked the location of the hotel as it was in the middle of Gran Via, opposite Callao Metro and approx. 3 minutes stroll from Gran Via Metro. Both lines were what I needed access to for each trip I went on. The room was very clean and the staff changed towels daily which was nice. - Excellent location - right in the heart of Madrid.   The room and the bathroom were very clean. All days the towels were changed. It's perfect for people who wants to visit the city and needs only of a place for sleep. Although she dies not speak English, we managed to communicate ok. The room was services everyday, and we were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out on our last day.   Manuel is very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment has a small kitchen (good enough to make coffee/tea or cook some easy breakfast) and also provide a washing machine.
