All the staff at Villa Canaima were SO friendly and helpful, taking time to make sure we knew all the great things Lanzarote had to offer, even booking our rental car and cabs for us. They went out of their way to try and get hold of us to let us know we could stay past the standard 10am checkout time, which was super appreciated.

Cheap & very cheerful describes the complex. Very friendly & efficient staff, the rooms were cleaned every weekday, towels changed every other day & beds changed twice weekly. Bar staff were fabulous & the snacks they served in the pool bar were excellent. Will definitely go again

Miguel runs a very happy/jolly family business. He is always smiling and whistling and can not do enough for you. We had booked 3 x apartments all equally good. 5 minutes walk from the beach and the shops. The area is beautiful, all staff on the Island were very pleasant. We liked almost everything. For the money you're paying you're getting excellent service. Basic but very clean. Cleaner was there almost every day, towels were changed every other day. It's a family run business and they treat their guests a bit like family too. Javier will help you out with tips for your holiday and is always on hand to helpp out, if needed. They don't chare you for silly things like safe keys and the loan of a DVD player and I feel very 'ay home' when there. It's also great value for money and the apartments are a good size.
