All the staff at Villa Canaima were SO friendly and helpful, taking time to make sure we knew all the great things Lanzarote had to offer, even booking our rental car and cabs for us. They went out of their way to try and get hold of us to let us know we could stay past the standard 10am checkout time, which was super appreciated.

Miguel runs a very happy/jolly family business. He is always smiling and whistling and can not do enough for you. We had booked 3 x apartments all equally good. 5 minutes walk from the beach and the shops. The area is beautiful, all staff on the Island were very pleasant. We liked almost everything. For the money you're paying you're getting excellent service. Basic but very clean. Cleaner was there almost every day, towels were changed every other day. Everything is in walking distance. Stuff extremely friendly and even their English wasn't too good you can explain yourself with sign language. Definitely worth for

It's a family run business and they treat their guests a bit like family too. Javier will help you out with tips for your holiday and is always on hand to helpp out, if needed. They don't chare you for silly things like safe keys and the loan of a DVD player and I feel very 'ay home' when there. It's also great value for money and the apartments are a good size.

Just down a side road off the main road, clean rooms, beds had fresh sheets, soft towels plus bar of soap. Everything worked, shower fine,friendly staff who spoke english. Several eating places within five minutes walk. If you need some where just to rest your head, not too fussy and you are on a budget this will do the job -

Very clean and beautiful apartment, spacious with balcony and sea view. The host family (parents and two adult sons) gave us a warm welcome, they are very nice and friendly and always helpful (24 hours reception). We had a great time and would come back any time!

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartments are well located and very clean. The poolside area never seemed too crowded or noisy, even though all the apartments were occupied.

We are just back from an 8night stay in The Plaza Azul. We stayed in A15, which was on the upper level, with a great view of the pool. We were only a 5/10 minute walk to the strip, which brought you out beside Africa & Mulligan's. The Apartments i dont think are suitable for anymore than two people, althought you can use the L-Shaped couch in the living area, it looked very uncomfortable.
