  Sir , When I arrived at the Lagoon beach apartments, on Sat 11th May, they did not have a reservation for me, and could not identify your reference number. Luckily for me they were able to accommodate us at hhe last minute.   Localização - Staff very friendly and helpful; everything within walking distance. - The people at the hotell were so nice to us.THey helped us with evereything we asked for and even some things we didnt ask for. The location is excellent and I dont think you can find better value for the money in Cape Town.

  The location cannot be beaten, just a few meters away from the ocean in a very safe area. And yet, it's easy to walk into town through Green Point Park. The staff are excellent. A broken TV was replaced within 15 minutes. The room is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Wifi is working throughout the premises. Very helpful and attended to my requests immediately. Yes there is contruction next door but it really didnt hassle me.   The staff made us feel like we were at home as soon as we got there. The breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day.It was very clean and well kept. The internet worked just fine for us.
