  Sir , When I arrived at the Lagoon beach apartments, on Sat 11th May, they did not have a reservation for me, and could not identify your reference number. Luckily for me they were able to accommodate us at hhe last minute.   Staff very friendly and helpful; everything within walking distance. - The people at the hotell were so nice to us.THey helped us with evereything we asked for and even some things we didnt ask for. The location is excellent and I dont think you can find better value for the money in Cape Town.

  The location cannot be beaten, just a few meters away from the ocean in a very safe area. And yet, it's easy to walk into town through Green Point Park. The staff are excellent. A broken TV was replaced within 15 minutes. The room is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Wifi is working throughout the premises.
