  everything of this hotel is very very good! i stayed at the "you define me" room, it's at the end of level 3(314), the room space is bigger than my friend's 313. I loved the books you can read and purchase in the lobby, the in house coffee shop serves great coffee.

  The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was excellent - so close the MRT (underground railway) station which gave access to all of Singapore with ease. Only a 5 minute ride from the City Hall stop in the middle of the city and trains ran every few minutes. - Great location, nice clean well maintained room.   Very convenient for everything, especially Chinatown which we loved. 5 mins walk to the metro- perfect with children - Proximity to river and China town good. Staff very helpful and was offered an upgrade. Chose the hotel as I had stayed at the other Furama before and was very impressed by it.
