everything of this hotel is very very good! i stayed at the "you define me" room, it's at the end of level 3(314), the room space is bigger than my friend's 313. I love the bed! so soft! the bed is facing the mirror wall, the bathroom is hidden behind the wall.

The staff were amazing and ultra-accommodating to me and my hubby's requests! The robes were high quality and comfortable, lots of good amenities in the room like complementary Nespresso, water, juice and cokes... very refreshing. All the rooms were beautiful. I loved the books you can read and purchase in the lobby, the in house coffee shop serves great coffee.

La decoracion excelente y detallista. Ambiente muy tranquilo y relajado - I experienced a high standard of customer service from every member of the Scarlet team which I came into contact with. The hotel is great! It is situated on a small hill, which is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, it is nearby to the MRT station and some very nice food stalls. - The staff are all very friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are a little small but very well equipped and clean. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
