The location is perfect. The rooms were a little basic but more than good enough for their price and location.
The staff was nice and helpful. They contacted us by email a couple of days before our arrival to Cracow to ask us about our arrival time in order to be available to deliver to us the keys (as there is not reception). We answered to them, arrived on time and found them waiting for us as arranged. We got advice from them on restaurants and other issues that we asked them about.

We were a group of four on a girlie trip, therefore we had the whole apertment to ourselves which was ideal. They had thought of pretty much everything including lots of extras we weren't expecting such as coffee, tea, juices, colas and cereals etc. We organised our transfers through Mariola which was very smooth and good value, she also went over everything with us and ensured we had her number should we need her. All in all it was a very easy place to book, stay in and enjoy! Absolutely fanta

This was a beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean and new and the value was outstanding. Just down the street they have a restaurant where we had an excellent dinner and a delicious breakfast. Staff spoke enough English and were extremely helpful. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we had booked for more than just 1 night. Accommodation was good and convenient. Attentive and friendly attitude of staff, reasonable price left nice impression and a desire to return another time.
The room is clean, neat, including comfortable shower and hot water. The presence of the refrigerator and microwave oven, the possibility to make of tea or coffee were a nice addition during my stay. I recommend without hesitation to book hotel accommodations.

This is a great place if you aren't too picky and are just looking
for somewhere private and inexpensive. The hot water doesn't work so
well all the time, so you must be ok with cold showers - but if you are
