Everything was so perfect with this apartment. It is located right by the main pedestrian street of Krakow walkiong distance from everything in the city. The check in was easy, the women who takes care of the apartments let the key at the Mexican restaurant downstairs. When we arrived in the room, we had everything we needed (towels, a map with some recommendations of restaurants, bars, etc., as well as other relevant things. todos opiniões » The location is perfect. The rooms were a little basic but more than good enough for their price and location. The staff was nice and helpful. They contacted us by email a couple of days before our arrival to Cracow to ask us about our arrival time in order to be available to deliver to us the keys (as there is not reception). We answered to them, arrived on time and found them waiting for us as arranged. We got advice from them on restaurants and other issues that we asked them about. The quintessential perfect apartment. Spacious and inviting, with a nice bathroom and hot shower. Located centrally yet within a quieter part of the old town. No bar fridge but there's a 24hr food store around the corner. Solid wifi. Tourist map provided at check-in. There's no reception but they gave me their email and encouraged contact if I needed anything. Couldn't be happier with my stay. Highly recommended. The hosts are very friendly and gave us some great tips of where to eat and drink and visit. The location is perfect! Nice and quite but right near the main square where everything is happening. The breakfast buffet was a bit basic and the waitress not helpful when asked simple questions like where are the cups and spoons. The carpets in the bedrooms were quite stained and could do with a cleaning. No legal parking available, have to leave the car 500-600 meters away from hotel at private parkings. Staff are off site, so we didn't have any cleaning or towel changing, but I'm sure if we'd stayed for longer than 2 nights this would have been done or we could have called the owners for this service. Accepts cash only - no credit cards. Shower a bit faulty (drained seemed to block up quickly); curtain didn't cover whole window; shower head wouldn't stay up; bed a bit lumpy. It was a fairly basic room overall and good value for money and I'd recommend it to other people. It's a 'no frills' hotel but good value. the room itself.
