The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They even let us check-in early for free and gave us a great room location. The guards outside were also very helpful in pointing us to the direction that we wanted to go.

A very comfortable place to stay with very courteous, helpful staff who easily went out of their way to assist and please their guests. I stayed there during the recent earthquake and was very impressed by the professional manner in which the situation was managed and very impressed by the generosity shown by the management during the crisis. I would have no problem in recommending the hotel to anyone and look forward to my next visit there.

The staff was unbelievable, they went out there way to help, very friendly and attentive. Especially Maya at front desk and OJT's Kathy and Genie and Rose in restaurant as well as pelzuneI think I spelled his name wrong. The room was kept extremely clean and orderly by housekeeping.
