This hotel made me feel safe during super typhoon "Yolanda". What I liked most, personel were calm, no stress, no panic, nothing. Everything worked as usual. Even when electricity went down in the area, in a moment (I guess) hotel switched on there generators, so, nothing to worry about.

Its a non-smoking hotel. Staff were very helpful. My schedule changed
and they volunteered to revise my booking with letsbookhotel.com. Being a
brand new hotel, everything was very clean. Bathroom is roomy and spic

My 3rd stay at this hotel.
Room: stayed in a business class room. It was large and modern. Comfortable king-size bed. Nice bathroom.
Breakfast: Good variety. They have a station where they make eggs for you.
Exercise room: small but OK.
Pool: Looked very nice but didn't have time to try it.
Service: Nice service. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They even let us check-in early for free and gave us a great room location. The guards outside were also very helpful in pointing us to the direction that we wanted to go.

A very comfortable place to stay with very courteous, helpful staff who easily went out of their way to assist and please their guests. I stayed there during the recent earthquake and was very impressed by the professional manner in which the situation was managed and very impressed by the generosity shown by the management during the crisis. I would have no problem in recommending the hotel to anyone and look forward to my next visit there.

It's my second time staying at House of Cebu (The Henry Hotel),
came back after 2 months. Loved the design of the rooms, sexy
bathrooms, the shower & toilet in our Large Room has no
doors/curtains ;) View overlooking the hills & swimming pool is
stunning. Located in Banilad, just nice because away from the hustle
& bustle of the city centre. The Gaisano Gardens Mall is just 5
mins walk away for great food. Staff are all helpful from the doorman,
Front Desk, and the bar upstairs.

Good location in safe business area of Cebu, Alaya mall is 2 minute walk, 7-11 is 2 minutes in other direction. Taxi stop is outside staff always ensure only properly licensed taxis pick you up. Airport style security staff always polite helpful and friendly. I didnt use the restaurant so I cant comment. The hotel is very clean and well maintained

Quest Hotel is just opposite to the Ayala shopping mall, though crossing the street might be a challenge (thanks to the reception for 7 Eleven reference point for the crosswalk). Rooms are comfortable, staff is helpful and friendly, airport and ferry terminal might be reached quite easily with the plenty of meter taxis in Cebu.

- They have a big and quiet lobby.
- Checking in and out of the hotel was fast.
- All the staff were great. They will assist you the moment your cab stopped in front of the hotel. They will carry your bags, open the door, and even call you a taxi.
- Deluxe room was awesome. Everything was new. The bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom has a very clean toilet and bathtub. Toiletries were also provided. Hot and cold shower were all working fine.
- The elevators were fast.
