Great attention to detail, beautifully dark quiet room at the back of the hotel meant we slept brilliantly. A choice of pillows also helped there. There was a mix up with our airport pickup so after a big apology we got a return transfer for free plus a free gift. Great service. Amazing breakfast too. -

The hotel is very clean, nicely decorated.We spend 4 nights there.The staff is very helpful.First night we could not sleep, because the room was very close to the elevator, we could hear every noise coming from outside, but later on we asked to change the room and we got a room in 03. section.I think room 603 .This room was ok.I enjoyed people working there, they did everything to make our stay comfortable. All our tours were arranged through the hotel and all pick-ups, from and to the airport.

The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. We enjoyed the environment very much and its location is perfect, it is close to all the shops and attractive areas but it is not affected by the noise you can usually find in a downtown main street or avenue. -

The location right in the historic centre of Lima. This is where you find most of the interesting sights. We did go out at night also and enjoyed the Restaurants and Cafeterias. No fancy places, but real good traditional ones.
