  Great attention to detail, beautifully dark quiet room at the back of the hotel meant we slept brilliantly. A choice of pillows also helped there. There was a mix up with our airport pickup so after a big apology we got a return transfer for free plus a free gift. Great service. All our tours were arranged through the hotel and all pick-ups, from and to the airport.

He showed us how to navigate the city, visit various attractions, and finally booked our trip onward to Cusco and Machu Picchu.
