  The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception were friendly on arrival and there was nothing which was too much trouble. After travelling it was great that we could immediately get into our room. The food was good and so helpful to have a weekend breakfast special. The Hotel is so close to town, and this is partly why we chose... o que as pessoas dizem » it again. - We liked the rooms, the location to what we wanted, the nice smile from the counter staff , the cleaning of the room.. even though we did not put the ' clean room' sign out, The care of the manager /owner when the quake struck with a cold beer.The blankets given when the fire alarm went ...after standing outside for ages.

  The charm of staying at a real pub cannot be denied, especially coming from the U.S.. The staff was uniformly excellent, especially waiting up for us after our very late-night arrival. We stayed in a King Suite that was not directly over the pub, so had no issues with noise. The room was huge and included a very romantic 4-poster canopy bed. A really nice 'pub' atmosphere, the room quaintly colonial, bedding and linen,towels etc immaculately clean. Really comfy bed! Loved the place! Heart-felt thanks to Manny and all the staff....a really cheerful team!

  We loved the personal touch with Jenny the Manager, very willing and accurate information ie the distance we had to travel, eating places, etc. The changing of the linen and re stocking the unit daily. I thank them for that, but she was fit enough to compete in the Masters NZ Track & Field Champs so I knew she would c - staff were incredibly helpful - I need to get some business emails sent and they bent over backwards to help ensure I could. also very friendly and good to talk to about eating out options. Fantasitic place to stay for early flight - they arranged the wake up call and taxi. very stress free.

  The location was excellent and the staff were terrific, very helpful. The kitchen facilities and small lounge areas were also good. The showers were wonderful, bathrooms were cleaned often, security was great. - The staff and service were awesome, will definitely be staying again when in Wellington.   We stayed in room 3, it was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed with a toddler and baby and it was great. Fairly compact, but just enough room. The manager drove us to the airport in the morning and was generally really friendly and accommodating. We were happy there and would stay there again. - I stayed at female dormitory with a shared bathroom. Which was handy. Very good location to go to anywhere as it is in downtown. Also there is a bar in a same building and they provided beers with a good deal. Each staff was friendly and I enjoyed conversations with them.

  An oldish hotel starting to show its age, but still a very comfortable and spacious room. It was my second stay at Brentwood, so they are doing something right :-) Staff helpful and friendly. Nice and quiet despite the airport being so close, and having a group of teenage basketball players in the rooms alongside mine.   The motel owner was absolutely delightful, so friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful with what to see and do around Wellington. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The motel location was good with bus transport right at the door and a Supermarket a handy walk down the road, would highly recommend this motel. - Everything was just awesome!!   24 hour reception which was great for me as I checked in after midnight and the rooms were clean and perfectly satisfactory. Laundry with iron available, small shop in the building and great lcoation right in town. - We wanted somewhere to sleep and shower. We got just that. No complaints from us. Was clean and tidy and basic. Would stay again.
