  This was my first trip home in 15 years and first with my wife and two sons (we stayed two nights). We could not have asked for a better location - waking up to the most amazing view. The shops, bars and restaurants in town were a pleasant 10 minute walk. Our boys used the school field next door to play football. The apartment (no.1) was very clean, well equipped and the Husband & Wife managers were so helpful and nice. We woul - Cannot say enough good things about the place even though we only stayed 1 night. Very clean, very spacious, very comfortable to live in. We were very sad to leave! Wifi worked well, kitchen was modern and well equipped. Washing machine and dryer worked. Quality place and I will definitely be recommending this to anyone coming to Kaikoura.

  Reception staff friendly, helpful. Loved reception cat. Park is handy to good facilities (Kaikoura shops, takeaways). Kaikoura scenery is SPECTACULAR. Loved seeing seals/pups. - Great staff always looking up for you. Helped getting some boxes and had a golf ride while. Thanks guys. Great value stay.
