Beautiful purpose-built B&B. The owners were very friendly & professional and we felt very welcome.
The location is stunning with the very close snow capped mountains visible from the full wall of windows in each room.
Highly recommend this B&B. Hamner Springs had a lot to offer, even though we were only there a day. The hot springs were fun too (although very busy!).

room very clean, warm and comfortable. greeted warmly by hosts on arrival. Drinks in the lounge with hosts in the evening gave it a friendly, homely feel. Hosts went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Breakfast delivered to the room next morning was delicious. Attention really given to detail and making our stay pleasurable. -

... o que as pessoas dizem » tment. As nice as anywhere I have ever stayed. From the Gas Heater with Flame effects, to the en suited 3rd Bedroom, to the heated stone tiles in the bathrooms. Everything in this hotel screams Luxury. Our only regret was not staying longer in Hanmer Springs!!

We loved our stay at the Settlers Motel. It was lovely & clean with one of the best beds we had ever slept on (including a mattress topper) and lots of special touches - chocolates, torch, umbrella, cling wrap, rice bran oil spray, extra towels, including the use of a pool towel, good selection of DVD's to borrow, daily newspaper & toilet

The excellent room, high quality fittings and furniture. Well set out room with very efficient cooking facilities. Bathroom very good. Excellent WiFi. Very friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of thermal pools and shopping/ dining areas.

The Tussock Peak Motor Lodge is a great place to stay in Hanmer -
extremely clean and tidy - the largest two bedroomed apartment we have
used during our tour of nz and by no means the most expensive - great
value for money. - far enough away from the restaurants to be quiet at
night but close enough for a gentle stroll to the centre of the town.
Just across the road from the hot pool complex - hire towels from the
Tussock Peak - cheaper than hiring from the Hot Pool complex

Have stayed in February. Great service and advice. Looked after our motorbike.
This visit was very friendly. Rooms warm, beds luxurious, showers hot.
Will be back over the summer.
Also we love Bruce, the cat. -

everything about the chalets were great. they are in grounds surrounded by trees and the birdsong is wonderful. there are views of the mountains, you can walk to the thermal pools. theres golf close by if you want it. we loved staying there and would deffinatly stay again. super hosts jock and pat,very helpful and friendly.

The service was great, the price was also. It was very handy having the restaurant next door at the Hot Springs Hotel the meals were brilliant and such great value for money. The rooms were exceptionally clean also. We will definately be returning with the rest of the family soon. -
