Services are excellent at this hotel. We stayed here twice to be close
to the airport. We had an early morning shuttle scheduled on our return
trip and they phoned the room 10 minutes before to confirm that we
would be taking the shuttle. The wifi is free if you are in the bar

The Jet Park is perfect if you are flying out from Auckland. We arrived
the afternoon before, took our hire car to the airport and caught the
hotel huttle back from the airport to save a rush before our early
flight the next day. Our room was comfortable. The staff were really
helpful, even down to permitting me to settle our bill part cash, part
cash card and part credit card in order to use our nz dollars up prior
to departure. There isn't anywhere else to eat around the hotel so

The staff are extremely professional whilst still being friendly. Service was great as was the high tea experience. The location takes some beating for easy access to the City attractions. The entry level room was spotlessly clean, a good size for two, very comfortable & well appointed. This hotel really knows a thing or two of service provision & has totally changed my alliance from my usual Auckland 5 star Hotel to the Stamford - can't wait to return – thanks to all.

Staff were approachable, friendly and efficient. I wanted to stay in a hotel close to the airport as I had an early morning flight and wanted a good rest. The room was large, clean and well-equipped. The restaurant staff were very attentive and the food was excellent. Other facilities I didn't use was a gym and pool. The airport shuttle runs from 4am to 2am which is very convenient.

The staff in all departments (reception, concierge, in-room dining,

Sky City hotel had a lot friendly staff and accommodation. It felt like
I was in a safe environment in a city area. Sky City Hotel has a very

It's a basic hotel, no frills, you pay for what you get. All of the reception staff were excellent: Very friendly and helpful. I arrived early and a room was made ready immediately. We stayed our last night here before flying out of Aukland and were able to leave our bags behind the secured bar for several hours while heading out to spend our last day in the city. With the first micro brewery in Aukland, and the incredible old architecture of the building it's worth spending a night here whether it's your first, last or for a few days in Aukland.
