  Nice decor, calm and peaceful, good location in the medina. We had a free meal included in a 3night stay, the best meal we ate in Marrakech. The room was very comfortable and it was all very pretty. The plunge pool was great cooling off in. We went on an excellent excursion to the atlas mountains which was organised by the riad and also good value. They also organised the transfer back to the airport. The driver was very nice.

  When I arrived, having had an unfortunate cash loss incident, hicham was very helpful and understanding, allowing me to stay until more money had cleared in my bank account. He was reassuring and made me feel relaxed - no mean feat considering the state I was in.
