The room was very comfortable and it was all very pretty. The plunge pool was great cooling off in.   When I arrived, having had an unfortunate cash loss incident, hicham was very helpful and understanding, allowing me to stay until more money had cleared in my bank account. He was reassuring and made me feel relaxed - no mean feat considering the state I was in.
