  This is what I enjoy, not big hollow resorts but a warm, friendly and cosy hotel, close to everything you need yet quiet with a local fell. Such friendly staff, and so affordable. I'd definitely stay here again. We arrived one day early and they made an effort to fit us in which was much appreciated. Its a great location near the beach and shops.

  Its a cozy place with a small usable pool in the middle of the complex, it was great for a quick cool or sunning if you didnt want to get in the sand which was maybe a 100 ft out the door excellent location and if we wanted to wander on 5th ave it was a mere out the door, the room was very large made suitable for another couple or person and had f... o que as pessoas dizem » ridge and micro, no stove. It is at the corner of 5th Avenue, the main street in Playa del Carmen where all the stores are located. It is also a short distance from the beach. The staff was also great. They helped us with ordering food and gave us directions to places around town. They even spoke English which was a plus as they could understand us and we could understand them easily. A taxi stand is right outside the hotel. It is a little pricey but convenient if you need to go anywher

  There was nothing we could complain about, we had the room on 2nd floor which has 2 bathrooms, an extra we were not expecting and for 2 girls this was heaven. Lovely details in the hotel decoration and the staff is helpful as well, assisted with luggage and kind always. The complete hotel was very clean and the guys at front desk are very nice they help you with all you need. I`ll definitely go back again.
