This is my second time travel to Macau. I stayed in the Venetian last
time. Compare to the Venetian, I like Galaxy Macau more....... I feel
more comfortable during my stay in Galaxy Macau compare to the Venetian.
Firstly, the staff is great when we checked in. They approach once we
arrive with the hotel free shuttle bus. And we were direct to the
reception, we checked in. The room was great and this hotel offer free
internet as the Venetian charge for the internet. This hotel offer free

Everything was fantastic! Location, services, food, activities, etc! The staff even recommend the best deals via apps like V-chat, which entitles you to get free tickets for shows. Our stay at Conrad couldn't have been made much better. We stayed in
the deluxe king suite for a short one night stay with city view and had
a fantastic stay. Upon arrival at the hotel we were courteously greeted

The hotel is new, clean and luxurious. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are specially nice to kids. On one occasion they gave my kids balloons and the other occasion they gave them gummy and popcorn.

The hotel offers convenient access to the vast Venetian Macau complex, and is located in the Sands Cotai Central complex, which has a large selection of shops and restaurants. Shuttle buses take you to the airport, ferry terminals, and border crossings. Our room was nice and clean, with simple-but-tasteful decor. Very wide selection and good quality at breakfast. Stayed at the most expensive Holiday Inn Cotai next door immediately after my stay at the Sheraton Cotai, and missed the Sheraton rig

Don't be confused by the name Holiday Inn. This is a truly upscale and nice place, no worse than all the other 5-star hotels (Venetian, Conrad, Hard Rock, ...) around it. The only thing about this hotel you can associate with Holiday Inn is its pricing. The hotel actually prices itself quite a bit lower than its neighbors there.

The room looks really cool and modern, in back tones. It's very well made, I love the buttons to turn light and all such small but very convenient details.
