Shibuya Granbell Hotel - Fotos
O que as pessoas dizem
At approximately JPY20,000 for 2 persons a night, Granbell is a good stay. The Shibuya station is a mere 5 minutes walk away and there are lots of eating places around the hotel, and some remain open 24 hours. Family Mart (the convenience store) is just around the corner.
Wireless wifi IS available in the room (with a password which you can ask from the front desk), and in common areas in the hotel. Head to the 2nd floor for the Japanese breakfast- a decent meal before you head off to explore t. todos opiniões »
The room design was amazing, even after seeing the photos, we were
still somewhat surprised. Staff was helpful, for example they booked us
a taxi to the Tsukiji Market. Breakfast was nice, with two restaurants
to choose from: One serving a western-style buffet, and the other
serving either a Japanese or Western-style set breakfast. The japanese
set was very good. Hotel's location was excellent! Just a 3 min
walk to Shibuya station and the famous crossing. But even if you dont
want to walk 3 min.
The hotel is very close to the Shibaya Station, although it was quite
confusing finding it. The room is very quiet, no outside noise even
although it is in a very lively area of Tokyo. The room had lots of neat
gadgets and although it was small, it was well equipped and not as small
as other hotels I have stayed at in Japan. Breakfast (western) was
excellent, buffet style and plenty to eat. We had a very pleasant stay.
Baggage store available. Wifi only in public areas. One of the nicest
hotels.
The hotel was super trendy and clean. The room was very small but so
efficient, it did not feel that small unless we were trying to pass by
each other.
The service was excellent and the location was very close to Shibuya station which is convenient to everything!
The breakfast was excellent here. You can choose between a traditional Japanese breakfast or a traditional American breakfast. Both are good.
I think you get what you pay for with this hotel, which is a rare thing for me to say!.
The location is terrific. Staff is great. Japanese breakfast is fabulous
(don't take the others breakfasts, your in Japan!). Neighborhood is
great, 3minutes away from the chaos but very laid back, many stylish
interior, design, fashion, music, bookstores. Great restaurants around
the corner. The best way to explore Tokyo is from the Grandbell. Ps:
read the hotels "how to get there from shibuya station" and
you will find it very very soon and easy. No problem at all.
Very good location, standard double room was quite spacious in Tokyo standards and it was decorated very nicely. Bathroom had shower sprinkler fixed into ceiling so it was good for tall people and bathtub was deep so I could submerge my hands and legs. Free wi-fi in room was also nice suprise as hotel ad said they only have wired connection in the rooms. Also the sound insulation in the room compared to other hotels in Japan was pretty good.
The room was large and comfortable, great bathroom too in a separate pod. The staff upgraded us which was nice and were very helpful with our luggage (we had a lot) and helping us with directions. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Great location, just across the road from Shibuya station and super close to all the shopping the area has to offer.
Staff were friendly, English was good. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was ... unusal. I loved how it was a separate glassed in room as opposed to many Japanese plastic hotel bathrooms. The rain shower head is wonderful!!!! The location is so very close to everything in Shibuya. And I loved the huge front wooden door entrance!.
Place was clean, had friendly staff. Also very close to Shibuya Station, less than 5 minutes walk. We stayed on the 7th floor and noticed that out of their 2 lifts, one was programmed to always be on level 7, while the other was on the first floor. They also provide scale for you to weight your luggage and robes.Would stay here again.
Very clean and modern.
Staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful & assisted me with many different queries - ordering cabs, storing luggage, directions etc. You could not find a better location being right in the heart of Shibuya, only minutes from Shibuya Station with transport, food and shopping at your doorstep.
I like everything in this hotel! It was so convenient. I strongly
recommend this Hotel for short stay and for people who want to know
Japan in few days. The hotel is clean, the staff are good, and was very
easy to find from Shibuya Station (South Exit). Yet, there are a lot of
restaurants and amusement places nearby.
Staff very friendly. Breakfast is decent. Location is very handy. 5Min
walk to the famous crossing & 2 min to train station. Rooms are
small but I guess you get that in tokyo. We had a 7 mth old in bed with
us only a double bed up against the wall- doesnt make for the best
nights sleep. For 2 ppl would be fine.
I thought the location was really fun. We only stayed one night, but it would have been fun to stay longer. It is close to the station and all the shopping and different restaurants associated. For young people or people interested in the youth culture of Tokyo, this is a great spot.
It was bigger than expected ! I thought the room will be as big as a shoe box but it was ok. I really nice the design of the room. It was really clean , well located ( with an amazing noodle soup just by the hotel) . Breakfast was good . Would highly recommend it !.
Well sized rooms for japanese standard, staff were helpful with plenty
of maps etc, happy to store luggage and provide umbrellas on a rainy
day. Good value for money as it includes tax and breakfast. Great
location 5 minutes walk from shibuya crossing.
Super location in downtown Tokyo at Shibuya area. two minutes to shibuya station.
Perfect to walk around Nakameguro, eivisu, daikinyama harayuku.
It's fashionable, people are friendly and really care your needs...
Lots of cool amenities in room.
The hotel is ideally situated only 3min walk from Shibuya Station. The staff is very friendly and helpful - they even gave us two umbrellas when we checked OUT because it was raining. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Good value for money.
- Best location (3min walk to Shibuya station!)
- Very modern hotel, stylish rooms
- Free Wifi in rooms and lobby
- Two different restaurants for breakfast
- Very nice staff, they gave us bubble wrap for free for transporting out things.
Excellent location, right next to Shibuya station. The rooms are clean, nice looking and comfortable. They have good wi-fi signal (it's important as that was an issue in Kyoto hotels :) Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants around.
Not only is this hotel in a great part of Tokyo for restaurants, shops etc, it is situated very close to Shibuya Station. The rooms are tiny but clean and well-maintained. The breakfasts are good and the staff very helpful.
Room cleanliness
Complimentary bottles of water
Complimentary breakfast
Comfortable bed
Windows that open
Great size bathroom
Amazing shower with choice of 2 shower heads
Great natural light.
Japanese and western breakfast included, rooms are small but well
designed and look more spacious than they are. Friendly staff. Well
located, 3 mins walking to the Shibuya station.
The room was small but excellently-designed so that everything fit in a compact space without feeling crushed. The hotel felt modern and the location was perfect for Shibuya.
Breakfast included had several options, French Toast with Bacon at "La Dining" was very decent. Rooms were stocked with water, tea and coffee daily.
Fairly good location, not too far to shibuya station. Shopping close by,
modern, clean, english speaking staff and cute for a japanese
experience.
Loved the location, bedroom, shower like a typhoon, the little bar / restaurant and all the toiletries. Loved it so much stayed an extra night.
Great location, friendly staff, close to metro, room well fitted out even though it was small, comfy bed.
Would defiantly stay there again.
Spacious room by Tokyo standards, very quiet and comfortable room with good amenities in an excellent location. Great value for money.
A modern hotel that provides everything you need in a tiny space. Extremely great location next to the train station and city center.
The hotel was significantly swankier than its price tag would indicate. Clean and comfortable facilities, and breakfast was good.
Excellent location - close to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, shops, train station, Shibuya crossing.
Friendly staff.
Great feel, cool decor
Staff very helpful, managed to get me out to Tokyo airport the day a typhoon came.
Fantastic location. Trendy area. Good value with wi-fi, breakfast included in price. Easily accessible.
Great location, good design, nice, helpful staff. breakfast fine. Room quite small but very pleasant.
Very fancy, trendy and modern hotel that couldn`t be located more centrally. Good breakfast.
Great location, clean rooms and decent breakfast. Rooms are small - as expected - but cute.
Location is great. Design is great. Room orgenized very well. Nice glass walls to bathroom.
Brilliant location, great staff, nice design, comfortable room, quiet, great value.
Location and the service. The room has wifi and very modern although a bit small.
friendly and helpful staff, the toilet, steam proof mirror, proximity to station.
Excellent position (near the station and close to the shops/night life district).
Comfortable beds
Good bathroom
Good set breakfast menu staff spoke English well.
Just next to Shibuya station AMAZING,
Comfortable little room in modern style.
Location; Helpful staff at reception; good breakfast (esp japanese).
rain shower from the ceiling. transparent glass to the bathroom.
Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Bar onsite, Close to Shibuya Station.
Location, easy access to restaurants/bars/shops and the station.
the double room was bigger than usual for typical tokyo hotels.
Comfortable bed, cozy, fantastic location, nice breakfast.
Its location
room was big for a Tokyo hotel
comfortable.
The staff's english was not very good (you expect more from
hotel staff).
The directions to the hotel provided were not accurate at all. If you
are planning on walking from Shibuya station with all of your
luggage, be sure to print out your own directions, not the ones the
hotel has posted.
Wi-Fi was not very strong.
It was perfectly fine.
Their main door into the hotel is heavy and you actually have to push it when it is borderline closed. They don't have a person to do this for you unfortunately. Poor design and wouldn't suit a weak person. Also besides from the main lobby, the hotel corridors, carpet and ceilings (we stayed on level 7) were black. This made it very dull. The hotel rooms in contrast were bright and refreshing to be in.
Really no thing.
No wifi in the room.
Unreliable wifi connections.
Rooms are micro, but enough to sleep.
- Cleaning staff forgot once to bring away our garbage (tbh we had a lot of trash, maybe they didn't know what to throw away)
- Room was a bit small (not enough space to leave two open bags on the floor), but the bed was bigger as expected!.
We tried breakfast only at one of the places - a hotel pizza bar, and that was rather a strange one.. you can also have breakfast at their restaurant, perhaps, it was much better!.
With such a tiny room, there wasn't much space to put your luggage, let alone open it up.
Small room size
No shelves or drawers for clothes.
There are two places to have breakfast, avoid the Italian one. Bad and
dirty. In the other hand, the Japanese one in the 2nd floor is great.
A little small. Would not want to stay for more than 2 nights here. We
did not spend much time in the room so that was fine by us but anyone
looking to relax there after a long day might be cramped. Also not the
easiest place to find or get to from Shibuya station (if you plan on
walking with luggage).
Small rooms (but that's what you get in Tokyo), little mold in shower, breakfast was OK but not very comprehensive.
The ottoman in our room was a little dirty, but it's a small gripe.
Very small room, but you don't visit Tokyo only to stay in your room.
All breakfast options were very average.
Despite being very helpful (and I got there in the end), the English skills of staff fell a little short when trying to explain what to do with the typhoon coming when I needed to get out to the airport.
Rooms were very small.
Really nothing to complain about.
Entrance looked somewhat shabby, rooms are small.
Rooms smaller than advertized. Public maintanance could be better. Staff English is poor. They have no clue what to recommend to a tourist. They just say: "shopping shopping shopping...".
wifi in room would be better than just in the lobby.
Nothing.
Walls and carpet a bit dirty,.
Hot rooms
Small foyer
The lift stopped at every floor when no one was coming in!!.
Interior color a bit too dark esp in the hallway around hotel rooms.
stained carpet. small (as all the tokyo room are).
the shower could be more opaque and the curtains really tacky substitutes.
Price, dark corridors.
instructions given to locate the hotel did not help
breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel was not the best.
