Due to an electrical system inspection, the hotel will have a power shortage on 30 September 2012 between 11:30 and 14:00. Electricity will not be available in guests' rooms and public areas during this time. The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in. DIRECTIONS: At Shibuya Station, exit via the ticket gates at the South side, then leave the station from the West Exit. Go up the steps onto the overpass in front of you. Cross the intersection diagonally, heading toward the red JTB signs, and go down the steps on the other side, on the right. Pass the book store and the Excelsior Caffe on your left, and you will come to a 4-way intersection. Turn right onto the street before the 24-hour Sukiya restaurant. The hotel is just up ahead, on the left side. The nearest Limousine Bus stop (from Narita/Haneda aiport) is Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel.
