Located next to Toji Temple, Guesthouse Kotoya Toji is a Japanese-style townhouse in the heart of Kyoto. It offers a kitchen, free WiFi and laundry facilities. The living room comes with a low table and a flat-screen TV, and guests sleep in traditional futon bedding. The kitchen includes a cooking stove, coffee machine and dining area, while the bathroom comes with toiletries and a bathtub. There is no restaurant on site; however, there is a sushi restaurant is right next door.

The hotel will send an e-mail with a Paypal link and the guest must click the link and complete payment by credit card within 7 days after the email is sent. In case of a refund, the payment is refunded via Paypal. The total price of the booking will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.
