Perfect location, great value, courtesy shuttles to shopping centre,
Narita Town and Shrine, plus 2 way airport transfers. Shuttles ran
regularly. Had a fantastic afternoon in Narita Town and visited Shrine
which was the most amazing I have seen in Japan so far, very peaceful
and not crowded. Easy check in and check out. We had dinner at the hotel
and it was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again. A great
find, thankyou letsbookhotel.com

Great location to Narita Airport with regular free shuttle buses to the hotel and return. Very efficient shuttle, Best check in of any hotel we stayed, we flew Jal and they own the hotel and a staff member came up to my husband and said I believe you have special dietary requirements, obviously linked to the airline who provided gluten free food for the flight. He insisted the restaurant manager come and organise a suitable meal for us that evening. Very obliging, even gave us a senior price for the food.Overall a good experience and we would return when next in Narita.

Since we are a family of four, I had to book two rooms and for the price I got a very good deal. The rooms were small but I knew it when I booked but there was still a little sofa in teh room where a child could sleep.
The rooms were clean and the shower was great. Also the rooms had bidet which was a plus.

I stayed for 2 nights before flying home. It was a "real adult
hotel" very posh. Lovely place. I liked the wee garden with the
patio even though it was too windy to use it when I was there. There
are a couple very posh resturants which I didn't use but there is
also a less pricey eatery on the basement level and you can also always
get hot chips from the vending machine. Also coin laundry to use. The
room was very nice and had the deepest bath I have ever met. There is

Almost everything. Especially the big pool which I could use free of Charge (which is not often the case in Japan). Very friendly and kind of special atmosphere in the hotel, staff seems less distant-polite than is often the case in Japan, but more individual-authentic-friendly. Maybe the fact that a lot of American airline crew stay here actually

Our one year old LOVED the inside play area and the playground outside! This should be advertised on the hotel description. We would have stayed 2 nights instead of just one. Our stay was excellent. The shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient and reliable.

Don't really understand the complaints of many other reviewers. The host is just concerned about the other guests. It's not really a party hostel but who just needs a good rest after/before a flight won't find a better place in Narita. The facilities and cleanliness are top notch. -

Richmond Hotels are always reliable and the rooms are a good size for Japanese business hotel rooms. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
