  Great location to Narita Airport with regular free shuttle buses to the hotel and return. A shuttle bus was also available to the fantastic Aeon Shopping Mall which was then an easy walk to the Naritansan Shinsho-ji Temple and a stroll through the old Narita 'Happy Town', a Japanese village, then to the train station where the shuttle bus took me... o que as pessoas dizem » back to the hotel. Tokyo central is only an hour by fast train. The hotel is large but extremely quick check-in service, very clean room and great - Very efficient shuttle, Best check in of any hotel we stayed, we flew Jal and they own the hotel and a staff member came up to my husband and said I believe you have special dietary requirements, obviously linked to the airline who provided gluten free food for the flight. He insisted the restaurant manager come and organise a suitable meal for us that evening. Very obliging, even gave us a senior price for the food.Overall a good experience and we would return when next in Narita. Non smoki

  Really convenient to arrive at Narita after a long flight, and be taken by shuttle bus straight to the hotel for a good night's sleep. The hotel was clean and all the staff were very polite and friendly. The bar serves good light snacks.   Almost everything. Especially the big pool which I could use free of Charge (which is not often the case in Japan). Very friendly and kind of special atmosphere in the hotel, staff seems less distant-polite than is often the case in Japan, but more individual-authentic-friendly. Maybe the fact that a lot of American airline crew stay here actually... o que as pessoas dizem » helps the atmosphere, there is something just the right way relaxed about the place. - Our one year old LOVED the inside play area and the playground outside! This should be advertised on the hotel description. We would have stayed 2 nights instead of just one. Our stay was excellent. The shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient and reliable.
