  We stayed at the hotel from 27-31.08 in the ECRU Room. 1. The room was great , very clean with nice balcony , mini bar and all that you need. Our room had a bath tub with water jets witch was great and very relaxing after 12 hours of walking in Rome. The hotel is very near to S. Pet - The Hotel provided an outstanding view of the Vatican from our balcony. The location was withing easy walking distance to the Vatican. The Staff spoke excellent English and made sure that every question was completely answered. An excellent breakfast was delivered to your door at exactly the time requested. An excellent bar (cafe) was across the street providing sandwiches, pizza and drinks. Staff monitored the entrance 24 hours a day. An elevator allowed easy access to upper rooms.

  Pierfranchesco was very helpful, indeed he kindly helped my try andcontact the airline after I had discovered I had left my ipod on theplane!! Service was first class and the room was always very clean.You only really use the room at night as you are out all day anyway -so on that basis the hotel was perfect for that purpose!   This hotel is in a secure building. The staff was great and very accommodating. It is in a very good location with in a couple of minutes to catch the bus, taxi, or train. - Great location with really access to the Repubblica metro station. Big rooms, not usual for europe!

  Staff was very friendly but obviously language barriers limited helpfulness. Breakfast was quite decent. Bus / Tram was right out front so convenient. Room was very clean and a/c was a big plus. Felt very secure as entry is through a large locked gate. - Staff is really sweet and ready to give you a hand. At 2s from trastevere !!!

  The room was perfect for us - nice sized, very clean, modern, with a great view of the Colosseum & Forum. It's a small group of rooms on the 2nd floor within a larger building - so it gives the feel of small bed-and-breakfast or something similar. Roberto fought through our complete lack of ability to speak Italian and still give us some great tips on places to visit and eat. Even helped us - Location was what we wanted: close to Colosseo and Forum. Each morning we had coffee outside the cafe next to the entrance door to our appts watching Colosseo and bathing in the morning sun. 6-8 euro to the place from the historic center (Parteon ) by taxi if you are tired. Metro is 1-2 min from the place. Room is nice, clean, very modern. We have booked with the appts the transfers to and from the airport - very comvinient. Wifi worked very well. Roberto and Claudia were nice and helpful. Nice

These rooms were very clean. We felt as comfortable as in our ow - Almost everything was great....almost because the guesthouse has been opened only recently (about a month old) so it's still a work in progress. Having said that, every basic necessity is in place, it's just about putting additional final touches to make the place that much more comfortable for the guests.
