"At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini.
The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable.
Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy.
In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

We found the staff very friendly and eager to oblige and made us feel
very comfortable. We really appreciated little extras like free help
yourself coffee and tea facilities any time of the day, which was great
after a day out walking to come back and relax with a nice coffee, tea
or juice. Floris was kept very clean and it is an extremely fresh
looking hotel. Which occupies one floor of the building. Our room was
quiet as it was not on the road side of the building, not sure how the

Staff was very friendly but obviously language barriers limited helpfulness. Breakfast was quite decent. Bus / Tram was right out front so convenient. Room was very clean and a/c was a big plus. Felt very secure as entry is through a large locked gate. -
Staff is really sweet and ready to give you a hand. At 2s from trastevere !!!

Location was what we wanted: close to Colosseo and Forum. Each morning
we had coffee outside the cafe next to the entrance door to our appts
watching Colosseo and bathing in the morning sun. 6-8 euro to the place
from the historic center (Parteon ) by taxi if you are tired. Metro is
1-2 min from the place. Room is nice, clean, very modern. We have booked
with the appts the transfers to and from the airport - very comvinient.
Wifi worked very well. Roberto and Claudia were nice and helpful. Nice

Ottima la posizione per visitare S. Pietro. Vicina anche la metro Ottaviano. Stanza e parte in comune nuovissime. Arredamento fine e pratico. Bagno nuovissimo dotato di asciugamani, saponi e phon. Doccia enorme. Gianluca, il gestore, gentilissimo, attento ad ogni particolare e pronto a soddisfare le ns. richieste. Bottiglie d'acqua a disposizione.

Tutto nuovo, la stanza pulita e spaziosa, il bagno fornito di tutto con cambio asciugamani giornaliero e molto bello. Climatizzatore e tv lcd. Il proprietario gentilissimo ed educato, quello che ti serve basta chiedere. All'ultimo giorno ci ha tenuto le valigie tutto il giorno ed in più fatto usare un bagno di cortesia. LO CONSIGLIO
