  Place was perfect Clean Very friendly reception 4person room was big, and a nice n big bathroom. Private parking possibility for only 5€ Breakfast ok. Not super, but ok to Italian standards (this aint a hotel so a luxurious breakfast buffet shouldnt be expected) - Hosts were friendlyand very helpful room and ensuite large very Italian ornate a bi... o que as pessoas dizem » t far from attractions though not that much of an issue still in the town of Como would have liked full English breakfast otherwise great stay

  Marco, the owner was very hands on and he supplied a lot info about things to see and do in Como and the towns around the lake. He also owns L'Antica Trattoria. We had a delicious meal there and the service was first rate. Assanto made sure that breakfast was set out every morning and he was quick to offer coffee or tea. Extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly service. On arrival offered a cup of coffee or tea. Very welcomed after a long trip. Helpful and flexible. Lovely breakfast. Freshly baked croissants each morning. Would definitely go back. Great for families or couples. Owner was preparing newly renovated self contained apartments. I am sure they will be beautiful like the one we stayed in.
