Just returned from B&B. It was wonderful, looks like in the photos
(even better). Laura is the best host I ever meet. The location is
perfect, not far from the Citta Alta(25-30 min walking), quiet, close to
the forest. In the morning I woke up with birds singing; after a
delicious breakfast with regional products. The B&B it's so

Wow! Just peruse the photos and magnify by 100. So well detailed for
charm, ease of stay, beauty and so close to lovely Bergamo. If you are
tired of millions of tourists I reccomend that you come to Laura's
and enjoy the hospitality, beautiful wooded countryside the Old and New
town of Bergamo. The interior of the Bergamo churches exceed Venice. You
will enjoy exploring both new and Alta Citi and the Italian Lakes to the
east of Bergamo along with the vineyards which look and feel like
Chianti.

Rossana, who runs the B&B, is delightful. She was so helpful in giving us information about Bergamo. We were able to park our car underneath the building. It is a really nice set-up and not far from the old city of Bergamo, as well as within driving distance of other places to visit, such as Lago d'Iseo and Crespi d'Adda village. Wonderful. Circular bed! It's more a serviced apartment than a hotel room. Frederico even picked us up from the Station. Easy walk to restaurants and the bus to the old upper town (but explore the lower town as well - some great cafes and restaurants where you don't feel you're being treated like a tourist.) -

It was so relaxing to stay at Le Nove Fate! Absolutely beautiful surroundings to wake up to everyday. The owners could not do enough to make our stay more comfortable. They really went above and beyond. Only regret is our lack of car which definitely would have made the trip a more enjoyable one for us.
If there had been more to do in the surrounding area it would have been a perfect holiday. But that's our own fault for not looking into it.
I would highly recommend a stay at Le Nove Fate.
