O quarto era fabuloso. - Love this hotel! The staff was very frinedly and professional. The location is great! If you take the air coach from the airport, it stops directly infront of the hotel. There's food places everywhere. The room was very clean. We had a flat screne tv in the livingroom...would have been nice to have one in the bedroom.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Was weighing up whether to stay at the Westbury or her and we were so glad we picked the Shelbourne! It is just in a class of its own and seems to have more on at night too. You could just sit in the elegant foyer and people-watch all day! Excellent location. A few minutes walk to Grafton Street. Only about 10-15 min walk to Temple Bar -area or The River Liffey. Very friendly staff. Quite many steps to our room and no lift. Large nice room overlooking the Stephens Green -park. Perhaps a bit pricy but all in all a great place to stay.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was perhaps the best part of the whole experience. We were able to lock our bags up before checking in so we didn't have to drag them around the city. Also, the staff helped us with directions, provided free maps, and recommended places to eat. Buswells Hotel is very well located for sightseeing and shopping in Dublin.
