  Beautiful hotel, the rooms are lovely and you get alot more than you pay for. The Restaurant is quite expensive but it is worth every penny. I have no complaints what so ever. The atmosphere is relaxed and easy going and every detail in the hotel has been finished remarkably.   The place is absolutely outstanding. We actually took quite a few photos outside and inside. The omellete for breakfast was amazing and I wish I had of ordered it the previous day. My wife also loved the breakfast choices and all were top quality. About a 15 min walk to the bus terminal, but well worth the walk. We shopped at the Blarney Woolen Mill - we went to the Castle Medieval dinner and really enjoyed that. We drove up to the Cliffs of Moher.   I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Had dinner at hotel one night and next night attended a formal function (with 350 others) at hotel and food and service were really excellent in both cases. - The refurbishment of the hotel has been a complete success.   I had a very enjoyable experience on a weekend in Cork with my friends. We found the Ashley Hotel to be a great spot to stay right in the centre, close to all the best, high-street shops. My room was nice, very clean and bright, had a comfortable double bed, although I booked a single room for myself. Hotel's car park is a great advantage.
