Appreciated having Euro plugs in the wall, because I had forgotten myUK/Ireland adapter to charge my phone. Also, very close to the airport-- easy walking distance if you want, but very quick shuttle service aswell, if you have lots of bags. - The convenience of location, the attitude and helpfulness of the staff.

I have no complaints what so ever. The atmosphere is relaxed and easy going and every detail in the hotel has been finished remarkably. Make sure you visit the toilets in the lounge.. .. great stay. - Staff were friendly, room was very clean and spacious, excellentfacilities in the room including a decent hair dryer. Interior of hotelis very unusual. Bar food was very tasty and waiting staff very helpful.

I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The health spa and gym are excellent with great staff so do try them. Indeed I dropped my wallet in the gym and it was at the reception waiting for me.

Excellent Meals, although getting tea at breakfast was hard work. Had dinner at hotel one night and next night attended a formal function (with 350 others) at hotel and food and service were really excellent in both cases. - The refurbishment of the hotel has been a complete success. The room upgrades are excellent.
