  We had booked a pool view room. The lower rooms are already renewed, the top not yet. After seeing the top room we were a little dissapointed. The offered us a upgrade to another room. No pool view but an absolutely beautiful room!! Staff is friendly, nice swimming pool with pool bar and the location is perfect. Overall pleasant stay - The manager was very friendly & helpful & so were all the staff, we had a great time there & my wife said we would stay there next time we go to bali . the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade like flat screen T.v's & it needs to put in dvd players & a lot better & more tv channels , most tv channels are in indoniesian & westerners can't understand them
