The staff were amazing. So attentive and courteous. "Safe" taxis were called for us and quite secure. Pool area is beautiful, bit small on Bali standards, but clean well kept. Apartment like room. Brother and Friends paid more than us in Kuta but got a dingy room, whereas ours was amazing. (They were all feeling ripped off) $2.50 taxi ride to Kuta

Fantastic staff, great location and excellent facilities. The restaurants at the hotel were also nice. The hotel is close to lots of good restaurants and right next to the beach. I found the area nice and quiet compared to Kuta with a few bars and hotels still being built. Overall we loved the hotel and would definitely stay again

The location is fantastic with the beach at the back door and a treasure trobe of beautiful restaurants on the boardwalk beside the Jayakarte. Been to Bali 8 times and will definitely be coming back to the Jayakarte. They even upgraded us to a poolside room when we checked in. Best holiday in Bali ever and the Jayakarte was the reason for this! :)

Its my fourth stay and I recognise staff from previous visits which I like. I adore the gardens and the openess of the whole complex. I also love to be on the beach so one can wander along the waterfront to go to different restaurants. I love the fact that you have three swimming pools and also three quite different areas to have breakfast.

The villa was perfect for a Family, good space, and the hotel well located, equal near the beach and Legian restaurant streets (150mts). The breakfast simpre but very good, the Chef always looked for somenthing new to surprise us. We have enjoyed the stay there. I really recommend this hotel for families. -

Everting at sara resiidence is tip top!!! I reali love to come again and for sure i stay at sara residence!! The staff is da best and the place super best!!! Whats more would u ask for rite!!! The pool,,, oooomg juz open my door at hall i can jummp from my hall to swim... Haha.. I book 2 bedroom apartment n its cheap for 2 night!! Its reali the best ... Keep it up sara residence...

We loved it,it is only small complex, the room was great bed and pillows comfy, air con,tv,dvd,player all worked. Very comfortable. Love the way the doors open onto the pool. Staffs are friendly, the place is huge! Very convenient! Location wise is best IF you rent a bike as its like a 10mins ride to the main KUTA beach.. OFF of the main road so you'll have peace and quite at night =) -
