This is a really good hotel if you want somewhere to relax for a few days with the possibility of going out to see other interesting places. We have stayed at Cretan Dream for 5 years in a row and are always welcomed warmly and treated like royalty. Pool is wonderful, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is divine. Most pleasing is the staff. We love Cretan Dream.

Everything. It was beautifully furnished - we liked how it tried to stay traditional to the Cretan style. The facilities were amazing, as was the food (tasty and an excellent choice) - and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was amazing - very spacious, comfortable and with a beautiful view. -

lady gave us a nice welcome and told us that they've upgraded us to

Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views.
As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival.
During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available.
Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation.
The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

Our stay was very good, the owner was the most friendly and client-oriented person we met during our 2weeks trip to Greece. It is only 2 min walk from the beach across the road. The room was big and quiet. The shops are 5-10 min walking. The pool was nice and clean. The hotel in not crowded.

Went back after 5 or even more years. Everything was as good as i expected. Especially i like the management decision to renew the hotel. It is really unspecific for Europe. A lot of activities and friendly staff. My 3 years old daughter especially liked the mini disco and mini aqua park. -
The bars at the evenings are truly romantic and pleasant

Breakfast was very good - fruit, cereal, coffee, juice, cold meat, cheese, bread, croissants, doughnuts, bacon, eggs etc.
Staff were very friendly. Room small but adequate. Hotel was very quiet but lots of restaurants and bars very close. Beach lovely. Also local museum worth seeing.
