Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk. Everything. It was beautifully furnished - we liked how it tried to stay traditional to the Cretan style. The facilities were amazing, as was the food (tasty and an excellent choice) - and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We liked everything in castello! When we arrived maria the reception
lady gave us a nice welcome and told us that they've upgraded us to
the honeymoon suite ! we had a big comfortable room, well designed with
a jacuzzi on the large balcony facing the sea. We got a basket of

Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views.
As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival.
During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available.
Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation.
The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.
