Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk. Everything. It was beautifully furnished - we liked how it tried to stay traditional to the Cretan style. The facilities were amazing, as was the food (tasty and an excellent choice) - and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was amazing - very spacious, comfortable and with a beautiful view. -

We liked everything in castello! When we arrived maria the reception
lady gave us a nice welcome and told us that they've upgraded us to
the honeymoon suite ! we had a big comfortable room, well designed with
a jacuzzi on the large balcony facing the sea. We got a basket of

Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views.
As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival.
During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available.
Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation.
The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

The staff were amazing - incredibly friendly and helpful, and helped
create a very relaxed feeling in what is a pretty grand space. We were
upgraded to one of the suites which left us feeling stunned - we had 2
floors of exquisite decor and facilities, and we just could not believe
our good fortune. The suite also had it's own terrace with
incredible views over Chania's Venetian port. The breakfast was
superb - you certainly won't need lunch - the yoghurt, in
particular, was the best I've ever

We picked the Crete to spend the end of our visit to Greece relaxing and
enjoying the beach. The cove beaches and day beds were the reason we
choose Knossos Beach Bungalows & Suites. Upon our arrival there was
a glitch with our rooms but it was fixed and the rest of our stay was
fine. We had dinner at the Swell Restaurant and it was fantastic.

The grounds are spacious and the place never feels crowded, including
the beach. Very good food on half board (buffet) and very comfortable
size rooms in the village section. Good wifi everywhere. High standrad

Everything was provided in the room that's needed for a weeks
holiday from toothbrush to shaving stuff shampoo dressing gown slippers
,couch tv wi fi .The room was cleaned everyday and had a flushing toilet
which you sometimes don't get in the greek islands ,I cant fault the
hotel for anything with its five swimming pools an ideal place to go to
