  very friendly, we really liked the personal touch an hospitallity. we really felt at home. clean rooms, clean toilet and bath room, even humidity towls present in the batheroom/toilet. even with kids its very nice and also very privat. - convenience of closeness to Europa park, great shower, lovely staff, nice breakfast.

  Very nice and clean rooms with bunkbeds för the kids and a big doublebed for us. The situation of the hotel is perfect, close to the park, with all the facilities you'll need and still at a very nice price. The kids loved the pool and the garden. Staff was wonderful and friendly.   This hotel is fantastic. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, the food was great, even better than the theme park hotels, it is really close to the theme park which is why we went there and I would definitely go back again. - Room was quite big

  excellent for visiting europapark very friendly staff, nice wellness area, nice buffet dinner everything was perfect - Everything was Great for the children. Normally I Don't like buffets but this was of good quality!
