We had a very clean, comfortable room overlooking the street on the first floor. The custom built furnishings were very nice, as was the walk in shower. Very comfortable bed. Liz from KL summed it up well. We had the top floor room which is split over two levels, and fro the top level we could see the Dom. Very convenient location, close to railway station and there is a suburban line almost right underneath the hotel now, so convenient to arrive into the city by train. Breakfast was outstanding, with local gourmet ingredients. Great staff. Quiet location too, set on a quiet back street just outside the central part of town. Highly recommend this place.

Beautifully set on the water's edge and lovely room. Very new hotel so everything is in excellent condition, yet the rustic quality of the log finish makes it feel homely rather than sterile. Nice deck overlooking the canals and waterways. Very quiet. -

We loved Hotel Landhaud Knappmann. The hotel and staff was excellent.

The staff is plesant and efficient. They apologised that there was no menu in english and quickly located someone in the staff to sit with me and translate what was in the menu. This is *Service*. This is a dream hotel for weekend with friends - great facilities, wonderful restaurants and bars, superb rooms and service. A perfect combination of old-fashioned style and modern comfort.
