  Location, quality of room, breakfast spread. Staff is very polite and friendly. This was my 2nd visit to Munich and 2nd stay at Regent as well. Definitely Regent shall be my first choice whenever I am in Munich. - very good place, near the downtown and Hauptbahnhof, very pleasant and excellent kind staff.   We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at Das Tergernsee and had a wonderful time. The entire reservation was handled professionally and efficiently and we were delighted with the room, menu and decor. The hotel is beautiful, with the most fantastic view of the lake. Our only regret was not spending more time in this lovely hotel.
