I've lived for 5 days in studio apartment. It's comfortable and modern. Just 3 minutes from U-bahn Westfriedhof with direct connection to the center of the city / Main train station (15 min). Absolute great value for money.
Although I just quickly saw an staff member, he was friendly and said hello in a friendly way.
Despite I made a mistake leaving the apartment key, the person emailing me was very patient and polite, and also kept me posted until the situation was solved.
I could stay there for longer, shame I didn't have more money and time :(

Excellent hotel in a very nice small town. Good restaurants close by and S Bahn to Munich. The owners are idiosyncratic and maybe not perfectly friendly, but what do you want? Smiles with no substance which is what you often get or a well run family hotel.

Everything indeed. It is in a great location. Just 15 min. to Wurzburg city center by car. 5 min walk to summer palace and 2 min walk to riverside.
The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. All staffs are very friendly and helpful.
