  Location, quality of room, breakfast spread. Staff is very polite and friendly. This was my 2nd visit to Munich and 2nd stay at Regent as well.   I enjoyed everything about the hotel from the friendliness of the owner/staff to the attention to detail on making their guest comfortable. The only comment I would make is that the wireless internet was not accessible from the rear building where my room was located.
