Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed for breakfast. It was great that breakfast was included and it was a fantastic buffet to choose from. We had plenty of room in the quad room for the three of us. I highly recommend this hotel. The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

The hotel itself is in 5 stored building built after the Second Warld War. Interior is old fashion stylized. - Big LCD TV with decent selection of channels -- unfortunately mostly German.
- Friendly and accommodating staff had our room prepared with a baby bed and any request we had was handled quickly and efficiently.

- As long as you accept the fact you will eat breakfast at a nice bakery on the corner of the building and not use their internet, it's a wonderful hotel to stay at.
