Great location, great apartment - clean, neat, bright, ground level. Had a grand piano which is a plus for us as my son plays piano. Easy to get to. One full/double bed and one pull-out sofa bed. This apartment is the best way to stay in Berlin, better than any hotel, the location was fantastic. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and very well appointed, with a dishwasher and washing machine, for which we were very grateful after being on a cycling holiday. Highly recommended.

Staff are friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Most
reception staff are friendly and helping. The location is excellent. 1-2
minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city
train can be found. There are many places near by that rent bikes

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. The apartment is extremely well situated in a vibrant part of Alexander Platz.
The place was clean and well appointed with all the necessary features and appliances you may need.
Dorothea was a great help hanging around when we were delayed.

Right between Alexander Plat and Friedrich strasse. Museum island at 5
minutes walk. Berlin Dom @ 5 minutes walk. Lot of good and cheap
restaurants in the area. Pubs/ bars also. Modern room, well equipped
kitchen and bathroom. Free WiFi and working good.

Great location, very nice and modern design of the hotel. Everything we needed was in our room, incl. set for tea/coffee preperation - which is very important for us. Room was very silent. We didn't hear any noises from the outside or from other rooms/corridors. Super comfortable, large bed. I truly recommend that hotel! -

The staff especially Joy was very helpful with making reservations for us as well as giving us directions . The rooms were clean and the hotel was not noisy even though our windows faced a main street.

Large apartments hotel. Really beautiful corner apartment full of windows, great view at TeleTower. Technics, furniture, equipment, stuff are very fine and new, good well known producers (AEG, Toshiba, etc.). Delicious croissants in the morning. Coffee. Clean, fresh. Large comfortable lift. It was one of my best rooms/apartments abroad.

Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.
