The staff friendliness, the hotel design, the comfort of their beds and cleanliness. The location is very good, only 5 mins walk from main train station and there are several tram stops and U-bahn stations within 5 min walk. Walking to City Centre is possible also. -

Small but very good hostel, affordable, nicely furnished, in good
location with many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood (try the
"Balkan grill" only if you are starving!!). It is definitely
the cleanest place I ever stayed. Very good breakfast considering the
price. Free wireless Internet. Very nice people, and very warm welcome
from the friendly owner Mr. Bond!
