The staff were very helpful and the facility was clean and we'll appointed. Breakfast was superb.
The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, to our pleasant surprise there was all sorts of good quality free goodies waiting for us as in our room (little bag of clarins cosmetics, chilled green tea and everything in d minibar was free)...not far from city centre and also quiet. Private parking at the back of the hotel was a convenience. All in all...we will go back!

The room was larger and more comfortable than I was expecting. The staff was very helpful. The local staff were very friendly and accommodating, and made our stay quite nice. Although the hotel's central booking department (located elsewhere) was confusing and not so responsive. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the area. I would recommend it and stay here again so long as the price is decent.

The location was brilliant - right next to the Zeil shopping area, with restaurants, bakery, everything just downstairs. The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. Good to have a fridge in the room. I would stay here again for sure. -
