The apartment's management office was very easy to find just steps from the main train station and the staff there was very friendly. The apartment itself is very spacious and on the ground floor so we didn't have to lug our bags up flights of stairs. This was a very nice hotel with a spacious room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet despite being located on a relatively busy street near the train station. The staff was really friendly, the room was full of tinny details that made the whole experience quite charming. It is perfectly located, just 2 blocks from the train stations and Cologne's cathedral. The decoration of the hotel is simple, but elegant, really good taste.
